DoesAnyone started with a simple simple day to day event.
One fine day my neighbour called me and asked if I want to buy a used PS3. I told him that I haven't played computer games since college, but would ask around my my circle of friends to see if anyone is interested. I posted it on facebook and immediately got a response from a few friends which I forwarded back to my neighbour. When I asked my neighbour as to why he was selling his PS3, he told me that he was just asking around for a friend.
What happened here
A wanted to sell something and asked B.
B called up and asked his neighbour C.
C posted it on facebook.
D responded back
If we connect the dots, B and C helped along in a transaction between A and D, and they did it out of goodwill.
That's when it struck me... how about creating a platform where people can help their friends find what they need.. and the idea behind DoesAnyone was born.
